With no formal dance training,
Bethany Nelson does her own fitness choreography. The 29 year old, 5'7", 110 lbs. graphic designer says she loves hip hop dancing and will show her stuff at Fitness Great North at Mall of America next month. Bethany says she would love one day to be back-up dancer in a music video production.
